We did a little shopping, ok I did a lot, at the outlet shops in Lincoln City. I desperately needed some new shirts that didn’t look bad wearing nursing bras *sigh* I fit in my jeans / capris /shorts easily, in fact they are all a little big even!!! I got $$ from my parents and family for my birthday so put that to use. I resisted the urge to buy a new Coach wristlet thing to put in my diaper bag since I have retired my Coach purse for now and even though I love my Coach wallet that I have in the diaper bag currently, a wristlet would be much better!! I held off for now though on Patrick’s reccomendation that those items are best left as gifts. (he’s bought my current stuff). He did do good for my birthday though!!! He bought me trillium cut aquamarine earrings w/ diamonds. Aquamarine is Brayen’s birthstone so he told me that this would match my mother’s ring in the future. We’ve found some cool diamond / gemstone stackable rings that we like much better then traditional mother’s rings and think that’s what i’ll end up with in the future.
The rest of the weekend was busy also!
Saturday – birthday: lunch @ cheesecake factory with the in-laws, Target trip and got a movie to watch that evening
Sunday – more shopping @ babies r us, container store for a new desk & target, lunch at Rose’s mmmm, dinner at Beaches
Today – shopping shopping shopping, beach trip, dinner with the in-laws @ the Golden Valley Brew Pub
My family from kc will be here on Wed. night !!!!!!!
