So much to do, so little time and so many thoughts spinning
Well, WoW is currently down for emergency maintenance so i’m taking a break to ramble since it’s been a few days. Lots of things are going on..probably to much for my own good as it’s totally stressing me out and making me like this basketcase. Most of what i’m feeling or thinking is just bottled up ready to burst out at any given moment i’m guessing.
Work ~ I come back this Monday feeling shitty to say the least and after realizing our computers weren’t going to be ready to move over to the server anytime soon I went home sicklike and ready to hit the bed. When I got in the next day I got to hear all about the lovely tattling that has been going on about me. “heather was late all last week or heather was on the net or heather was doing this or doing that” I haven’t dealt with that since junior high I believe. It’s amazing how someone in their late forty’s maybe she’s 50 can really act like so damn childish. What blows me away about all of this is that I put in really long hours, especially lately and I work through my hour lunches pretty much every day. She on the other hand is queen of long lunches, sometimes 2 hours and also queen of yapping offices about other people. I truely think that we are all ADULTS working there and with that you can act like one and if someone is coming in at 7:35 (every day consistently) and not taking lunches WTF should it matter? I also worked yesterday and today until 5 instead of my usual 4:30 due to my missing some work.
Dentist~ I swear i’m like a little kid when it comes to them. I get nervous, my heart starts racing, I feel all sick to my stomach. I just overall dread the visits. They took my blood pressure and it was higher then all high to say the least. Well, the dentist I went to is amazingly nice and relaxed me some. It’s a high tech office with all your xrays taken digitally and shown immediately on the computer screen next to your chair. I had a bit of bad news though. I get to have all 4 wisdom teeth removed. Now, i’ve had my bottom 2 wisdom teeth fully in for years now and my right top is just starting to cut through pretty far and that one is troubling me some. He just thinks they all need to go while i’m young. *sighs* I asked if I can get them out after the wedding and he said yes, if I can tolerate it for a bit BUT if I have problems I have to go in. Soo…let the fun of more dentist visits to come begin!
House~ Last week we got the call that they had started working on the wall screw up with the windows so I drove out there before my trip to San Fran and to my suprise !!!!!! It looks like our little talk with the sales office has finally got us some progress. We have a meeting scheduled for tomorrow at 4:00 also with the sales lady and her manager. I also got the wakeup from Patrick this morning about interest rates going up so he called the lender and is going in next Monday to lock in our rate. Cross your fingers we do close in the next 2 months.

So not really on the same topic as your post, but I found this today and I just can’t resist sharing. Mrs. Agathe’s dishwasher quit working so she called a repairman. Since she had to go to work the next day, she told him, “I’ll leave the key under the mat. Fix the dishwasher, leave the bill on the counter, and I’ll mail you the check. Oh, and by the way…don’t worry about my Doberman. He won’t bother you. But, whatever you do, do NOT under ANY circumstances talk to my parrot!” When the repairman arrived at Mrs. Agathe’s apartment the next day, he discovered the biggest and meanest looking Doberman he had ever seen. But just as she had said, the dog simply laid there on the carpet, watching the repairman go about his business. However, the whole time the parrot drove him nuts with his incessant cursing, yelling and name-calling. Finally the repairman couldn’t contain himself any longer and yelled, “Shut up, you stupid ugly bird!” To which the parrot replied, “Get him, Spike!”

I was curious if you ever thought of changing the page layout of your blog? Its very well written; I love what youve got to say.
